Confused! Frustrated! Get conflicting messages and information about what foods to eat and what not to eat! Been on those DIETS that DON'T WORK! This website has been designed with the sole purpose of providing you with information that you can use in your everyday life without  confusing jargon and misleading statements.

I believe that every human being has the right to be healthy. Our goal on this site is to provide you with logical, reliable and ethical information and tools that are not constrained by society, false foods and damaging technology. I believe in the power of YOU...You can achieve incredible results - Health by Changing Habits!   

I am not affiliated with any food company, nor sponsored by any vitamin group. I teach and write about what I believe in and like you, I was once lost in the plethora of conflicting food information, lies and cover ups that has done little to improve consumer understanding of well-being and health.

So, where does one start on the road to better health...
 
The first step on the road to better health within these web pages is to sign up for my FREE newsletter on the top right side of the page. Once you have signed up you will receive the current newsletter of the month and you can see that it is packed full of information that you can use immediately plus loads of FREE recipes.

Underneath the free newsletter are the Twitter and Facebook pages...another FREE source that is also packed full of information plus that added benefit of forums that enable you to talk to others about your challenges, your concerns and your foods. The next step, and the easiest one, is to take part in the 21 day Healthy Weight Loss program.
