All Purpose Gluten Free Flour Mix

Make your own gluten free flour mix. This is much more economical and it is made without soy flour.

Yields1 Serving
Standard Ingredients
 1 cup of fine ground maize flour
 2 cups of brown rice flour
 1 cup besan flour (chickpea)
 1 cup quinoa flour
 2 cups potato flour
 2 cups of arrowroot or coconut flour
Thermomix Ingredients
 100 gms popcorn (unpopped)
 200gms brown rice
 100gms whole chickpeas
 100gms whole quinoa
 200gms potato flour
 200gms arrowroot/coconut flour
Standard Method
1

Place all ingredients in an airtight container and mix thoroughly (You may need to sift this flour for some recipes)

Thermomix Method

Place popcorn, rice, chickpeas and quinoa in the TM bowl

Grind on speed 10 for 2 minutes.

Add potato and coconut/arrowroot flour and mix for a further 30 seconds on speed 6

Place in an airtight container in a dark pantry.
