Chocolate Nut Balls

Ingredients

1 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, walnuts)
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pitted fresh dates
½ cup coconut
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon nut butter
extra coconut

Method

  1. Process nuts in a food processor or thermomix.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, binding with approximately 1 tablespoon water until mixture becomes lumpy.
  3. Roll into small balls and roll in extra coconut
  4. Keep in fridge

I would just like to say that myself and my partner did the 21 day weight loss and thought it was FABULOUS! Over the winter period we have put on a bit of weight and have decided to go back on the 21 day weight loss. We pretty much live by the rules of wholefoods and 'real' foods opting not to buy manmade foods at all. We even went so far as to buy a Thermomix which we just love.
